You can run windows on a mac. But the problem thet you might have is the graphics card. You have to buy a very expensive mac to get a computer as powerful as even a budget gaming pc.

If you look in the specs of the mac you want you should be able to research if it is good or not.

Macs by default will not be able to run Windows programs.

You can install Windows on the new Intel Macs with BootCamp. Or you can install a virtual machine using CrossOver or VMWare. Search it on Google and you will find out how to do this.

No, Macs will not play Windows only games unless you have a dual boot to windows. You will need to have a valid copy of a windows install disk to make this happen.

many macs nowadays come loaded with apple boot camp
this allows you to install and run BOTH the mac and windows OS, in other words you can boot into XP or vista when you want to play your games, and then when u feel maclike you can just boot it into mac

It likely won’t run all of your games. It definitely won’t run C-S. However, lots of newer games are coming out with Mac versions, and really old games that you can find via emulators can run on Macs. As for Counter-Strike, word on the street is that it’s coming to XBox, so you can just play it there.

No. In fact games for Windows 98 won’t even work on Windows XP or Vista. I tried it before.
