True. But there’s a person on youtube named linuxjournalonline and they can teach you how to run windows games properly with certain programs besides WINE even though you need so go check it out.
I wonder…, could you not buy a PC a relatively good one, lets say 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 512MB Graphics, Uninstall the OS and buy MAC OSX and install it on the PC? Could that not work? I may be mistaken?
Mac Sucks. Linux is better = No viruses. Can run windows software. Free updates. 100% free opensource software. Friendly community. Oh and did I mention the OS will always be Free?
macs are reliable and are perfect if u just want to use the internet and check your sites, if u wanna be a geek and play WOW all day than get a 2000 pound pc oh and a fire extinguisher just in case
dont discriminate against the more expensive product that you’re not as familiar with. think of value, not price. and macs run windows 7 in addition to os x snow leopard for all your windows-only applications. id like to see that fancy pc run snow leopard. see, its great because the hardware AND the software are made by the same company, so everything just…works!

I’ve had 4 pc’s and my latest on which I got 1week ago has got the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH fuck pc I’m moving to a mac ps our family friend worked for Microsoft and then he said fuck pc now he has 8 macs
my dad is using a 10 year old computer with amd 2000+ 1.6ghz and running windows 7 ultimate, try doing that with snow leopard in a 10yrs old mac.. steve job just laughs and gives you the finger..

As long as a Mac is running Intel (so only the Macs from ‘06+), anyone can just pop in the Snow Leopard CD and there you go. That’s around $30.00 spent. Where as you would have to buy Windows 7 for $100.00, maybe RAM for about $20.00. So that’s roughly $150.00 compared to approx $36.00. Macs aren’t over priced, you get what you pay for.

To game on Linux you dont have to use WINE you can use cedega it can properly install a game for you from a huge drop down list of windows games.

Only reason i like windows more is because I’m a gamer and while not impossible it is extremely difficult to run most games on Linux.
